Before contacting us

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, BLOX app version and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is helpful when it does not contain private information.

NFC is not detected

Keep your iPhone unlocked and hold the top of the phone close to the BLOX tag for a moment. Remove thick or metallic cases and try again. NFC availability can vary by iPhone model and system state.

The 30-minute deadlock

A normal production session cannot be ended with the standard tap-out during its first 30 minutes. This is intentional. After the deadlock ends, use the same supported BLOX tag to tap out.

Emergency unblock

BLOX includes up to five emergency unblocks per calendar month. The remaining count is shown inside the app and resets with the monthly allowance.

Screen Time permission

BLOX needs Apple’s Family Controls authorization to shield the apps or categories you select. If blocking does not begin, confirm that the authorization is still enabled and that your active mode contains at least one selection.
