THE COST OF ONE MORE SWIPE
The scroll feels harmless because every swipe is small. Repeated every day, those moments become hours you never chose. Your attention becomes someone else’s revenue.
A PHYSICAL DECISION
Make distraction

BLOX adds a deliberate pause between you and the apps built to pull you back. Tap in, block the noise and return when the lock ends.

WHAT YOUR TIME CAN BECOME
One hour back.
Every day.
If BLOX helps you reclaim one hour of scrolling a day, that becomes 365 hours—or more than 15 full days—back across one year.
Illustrative example based on reclaiming one hour per day. Your result depends on how you use BLOX.
